decay if you rule the world / let light glow-wide /
if slow corrode / wear well away
/ tight spark / spring
sharp flint / strike / quick sound / flick /
see
love burning / unguarded
finally free / not quite the sparrow / not quite the hawk
not danger
but stubborn / defying  cold dense silence

cowards meet the open heart / the tight-loosened
/ a glint / an ember / a flare
of feel
this precious /  never rightly known / now nearly 
more than / not gone /
the thought / not forgotten / the whole
joy /
settled joy / once
at once remembered
